Shopping at Guptadukan is easy and secure. You can order in two ways—via our website or through Quick Order on WhatsApp.
A) Website Order (Home Delivery)
Step 1 – Browse Products
Visit our website and explore categories like Daily Pooja Samagri, Festival Kits (Navratri, Diwali, Satyanarayan, Grih Pravesh), Mandir & Idols, and Accessories. Open any product to view details, price, and images.
Step 2 – Add to Cart
Select the item and quantity, then click Add to Cart. Continue shopping or go to your cart.
Step 3 – Proceed to Checkout
Open the cart, review items, and click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 4 – Enter Shipping Details
Fill your name, email, phone, and delivery address. Double-check pincode and phone number—orders can’t be edited after confirmation.
Step 5 – Make Payment
Pay securely via our payment gateway (UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for home delivery.
Step 6 – Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation by SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Step 7 – Shipping & Tracking
Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get an AWB / Tracking Number to track your parcel with our courier partner.
B) Quick Order (WhatsApp + Store Pickup)
Step 1 – Make Your Puja List
Write the items or kit names you need.
Step 2 – Send on WhatsApp
Share your list on WhatsApp at +91 7974141415. Our team will confirm availability and prepare your order.
Step 3 – Collect from Store
Pick up from our shop: Behind Hanuman Mandir Gali, Gola Bazar, Bajinath Para, Raipur, Chhattisgarh – 492001.
You can pay online (payment link) or at the store counter.
